When I was a young boy my mother told me something that almost killed the spirit of greatness in me. She was comparing me to my elder brother. She told me that my elder brother will be greater than me.

My dad once told me that he never expected anything good from me; actually he said he always thought I would end being a thief.

My elder brother once said to me that I will be nothing in this life while he will be enjoying life. My immediate elder brother said I think like a woman that will make me a failure in this life.

It was hard to see the light at the end of the road. When everyone that meant a lot to me thought so low of me. It was from this kind of back ground that I came from, until one night under the kerosene light I reading my bible I came across the scripture in the book of Ephesians 3vs20, Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly , above and beyond that which I ask, think, according to the power that works in us.

The scripture blow my mind, after spending some time in prayer God asked me if I will believe it as the truth or not. I said, Lord help me to believe and he did, suddenly I felt strong inside me and Gods word had taken the rightful place above voices that caused me to believe that I was nothing and I will do nothing.

I believe that the same God that has changed my life can change anybody's life. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. What lies within us is so powerful than anything that lies outside us.

I believe that I am still in a process, I Have not reached yet. Someone says the road to progress is always under construction. I believe I am yet to see greater things in my life.
